As the Director of Sales and Business Development at ESM Rebuilding, I lead a team of experts in providing gearbox and rotary equipment repair and rebuilding services to various industries nationwide. We specialize in servicing speed reducers, speed increasers, planetary gearboxes, cooling tower drives, and hydraulic breakers, among others.

With over five years of experience in this field, I have developed strong skills in cylinders, gear manufacturing, rotating equipment, and CNC machining. I have also contributed to securing multiple large contracts, increasing user retention, and expanding our market share. My goal is to deliver high-quality machining and customer satisfaction, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration at ESM Rebuilding.
